Rolf is responsible for bringing Swiss Re Institute's educational programmes to the worldwide insurance industry. This includes building strategic partnerships with Swiss Re's business clients and executives, ensuring they benefit from the Institute's risk and insurance learning programmes. From 2020 until 2023, he played a key role in reinstating the Centre for Global Dialogue as Swiss Re's premier venue for client and stakeholder engagement. Rolf joined Swiss Re in 2018 as a Senior Business Developer.
Previously, he served for nine years on the Foundation team of the St. Gallen Symposium. He spearheaded the symposium's global talent selection process for the next generation of leaders. Additionally, he led the communications team and initiated the rebranding of this 50-year-old global student initiative.
In 2017, Rolf co-founded a Swiss tech start-up that empowers health practitioners to successfully digitize their practices. In 2020, he became a trustee of Schloss Luxburg, a château on Lake Constance, tasked with making this historic site accessible to the public for the first time in its over 525-year history.
