Veronika Sallenbach currently serves as the Senior Executive Programmes Manager at Swiss Re, where she oversees and designs client training programmes, including the flagship Insurance Management Simulation (IMS). Her responsibilities involve identifying the latest client demands and technological advancements to incorporate into these cutting-edge programmes.
Before her tenure at Swiss Re in Zurich, Veronika was a consultant at EY for eight years, during which she spearheaded the creation of UBS's innovation lab. In 2019, Veronika launched her entrepreneurial venture, co-founding Start-hub.sh, a platform dedicated to fostering new businesses.
She is accredited as a Swiss Certified Public Accountant and earned an Executive Master's degree from the University of St. Gallen.
